Mirsad Fazlagić (born 4 April 1943) is a retired Bosnian footballer.
He started his football (soccer) career in 1957 playing for a local club in his home town of Čapljina. In 1959 he moved to FK Željezničar, where he also made his debut in the Yugoslavian First League.
In 1960, Fazlagić stayed in Sarajevo but switched clubs and made his first appearance for FK Sarajevo. He played 450 matches for FK Sarajevo in the Yugoslavian First League. His farewell match for FK Sarajevo was against Sporting CP at the Stadium Koševo, a 2–2 draw.
On the international stage, Fazlagić made 19 appearances for Yugoslavia. He is especially known internationally for being the captain of Yugoslavia during the 1968 European Football Championship, where they won silver by barely losing to the home side Italy after a two-legged final at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.
